Having worked at a digital agency for nearly a decade, the last few years of which were managing resources and staffing to client projects and deliverables, I know what’s it like to try to keep that balance. It’s not always possible without completely burning out your creative team or under-delivering to your client. Both of which are not acceptable options.
I work with a number of design and marketing agencies on a freelance basis to bridge the gap between burning out your team and supporting your clients’ needs. I can work behind the scenes while letting your agency shine, or can be brought in to meet with the client and be an extension of your team. How that works is up to you! Just know that at the end of the day your team will be happy. But more importantly, your client will be too.
